JPSC Civil Service Exam Online Application Date

JPSC Civil Service Exam Post Details
- Through this examination, a total of 342 posts will be appointed in various services.
- Of these, maximum 207 posts are for State Administrative Service i.e. Deputy Collector post.
JPSC Civil Service Exam Fee
- Reserve Category : 100/-
- Scheduled Caste and Other: 50/-
- Disabled candidates: 40% off
JPSC Civil Service Preliminary Exam Date
- According to the Commission, its preliminary examination is likely to be held on March 17.
JPSC Civil Service Exam Qualification
- The required qualification to appear in this examination is graduation.
JPSC Civil Service Exam Age Limit
- The minimum age limit has been fixed at 21 years and the maximum age limit has been fixed at 35 years. Relaxation in maximum age limit will be given to reserved category candidates as per rules.
- The maximum age will be calculated from August 1, 2017 and the minimum age will be calculated from August 1, 2024.
- There is no limit on the number of chances to appear in this examination.
JPSC Civil Service Exam Selection Process
- The merit list of candidates for final selection will be prepared on the basis of main examination and interview.
- To be included in the merit list, it will be mandatory to score minimum 40 percent marks in the main examination.
- The requirement of minimum marks has been fixed at 32 percent for SC, ST and women, 34 percent for extremely backward class, 36.5 percent for backward class, 30 percent for primitive tribe and 40 percent for economically weak.
- Before this, a selection list will be prepared to appear in the main examination on the basis of marks obtained in the preliminary examination.
