Special Court Gave Its Verdict
According to news agency PTI, former Pakistan PM Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi have been sentenced to 10 years in jail each in the cipher case. Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulkarnain has given this decision during the hearing of the case in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail.
What Is Cipher Case?
Let us tell you that the cipher case is a matter related to national security. The case was first reported on March 27, 2022.
After being ousted from power, Imran Khan had waved some papers during a rally.
He had claimed that there was a conspiracy by international forces to remove him from power.
Imran Khan is accused of making personal use of secret information.
